  I called for questions on ordering and was skeptical how it all would turn out. Man I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. Went ahead and placed order for dual diploma frame with custom engraving. It just arrived and looks fantastic!! Great quality and well worth the price.   The case that I had ordered cake in perfect condition. It looks absolutely fantastic. I purchased this as a gift for my wife who is receiving her masters degree this semester. The work was so beautiful that she cried (true story). I wish the communication was a little better, but the results were perfect. I highly recommend this company.
