The frame is beautiful and well-made, but I would have appreciated some guidance on mounting my diploma. I hung it up only for the diploma to slide down slowly over a week or so, so I had to take it down, buy acid-free tape, and tape the diploma in place.

I had to return this item because of my mistake. That was more than a month ago. I have been trying to get my money back, so I could be able to order the right one, but I havent had any answer yet. So I dont know how much longer will it take.

Originally ordered the diploma frame in premium black with the red insert for my son's graduation from Rutgers whose color is scarlet red. It looks beautiful! Now my son passed the CFP exam and wanted the same frame with the gold insert. The certificate is much larger than the diploma, and is actually 1/2 inch off the standard frame size. Because the certificated has bordering, I can't cut down the affected sides without it throwing off the symmetry of the entire certificate. I called customer service to discuss options, and to my surprise, I was told that since each frame was custom made, they would just make my frame 1/2 inch larger on 1 side only. Voila! Everything fit perfectly, the frame is gorgeous, and my son can't wait to hang both his diploma and certificate up in his new office! I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Thank you so very much!!!
