The quality of the frame is good for the intended purposes. my only complaint is that the edge of the glass was cracked when it arrived despite the absurd amount of bubble wrap in the package.

I was very skeptical when ordering diploma frames. I had purchased an initial fram from another company and the sizing was completely wrong from the websites dimensions. And it ended up folding and creasing my original diploma. I then requested a new diploma be sent to me, and searched forever to find the perfect online frame ordering company and found Perfect Cases and Frames. I loved the options it provided me with in customizing my frame, and I am so happy with how they turned out! The packaging was also top notch to ensure no damage could be done to the frames during shipment, it was wrapped numerous times in bubble wrap, which I greatly appreciated considering some delivery drivers just through things around. 10/10 recommend this company to anyone looking to frame their cherished achievements!
